Running Tracks: “While I’m Waiting” by John Waller

“While I’m Waiting” is a very powerful song for those who find themselves in a wilderness situation. I know that tapering is not considered a “wilderness” situation; however, it is still a waiting period. This song is a message of hope in the midst of a painful wait. We are waiting in expectation that there is hope for us. We can wait on the Lord for answers and know that God is right here by our side. John Waller told author, Kevin Davis, in an interview about this type of waiting. “While we are waiting on God is not to just wait, but to actively wait. Serve, worship and be faithful with what you have, where you are, even while (you) wait.”
